The Outreach Accelerator is a fully customized, hands-on 30-day workgroup for your fundraising team, designed to serve as a catalyst to systematically expand your pipeline of new prospects.

In preparation for the Accelerator, Focal Point will lead your team through a series of conversations with your C-level executives, rapid-fire program backgrounders with program leaders, key messaging exercises with marketing leaders, and live reference conversations with existing donors.
Fundraisers will then learn in the cockpit, bringing their daily experiences with live prospects back to the workgroup for weekly debriefs, team sharing, feedback on prospecting tools and strategic consultation on specific opportunities.

At the conclusion of the Outreach Accelerator, your fundraising team will have new tools, more prospect appointments and greater confidence in their ability to engage new donors.
