  • Developed an innovative senior executive fundraising model for new donor penetration and strategic partner development.

  • Formed a professional project management office to elevate partnership activation with Fortune 500 companies.

Scott created and implemented plans to overcome fundraising challenges, identify and capitalize on new opportunities, and establish operating platforms to support sustainable revenue growth. In fact, every fundraising team that he has managed has risen to unprecedented levels of success. His teams have exceeded aggressive fundraising goals in 17 of his 18 years of senior leadership on the nonprofit side of his career. In addition, Scott personally closed many multi-million-dollar gifts, including one new-name donor that ultimately generated over $65 million.

Scott also served on a joint strategic planning taskforce with an existing donor to re-envision their partnership. The process helped this Habitat corporate donor to transform a $5 million annual US-domestic relationship into a $100 million multinational commitment. This strategic alliance has since grown to provide over $150 million in financial support while engaging corporate employees deeply in the partnership.
